Watch 'Ride With Us' Season 2 - Episode 19 November 2011, 2:00 am Ride is stoked to announce another season of the Ride With Us Webisode series! We have a new crew this year made up of Team Riders. Tommy Little of YKWII Media will be following Ride Pro Rider, Austin Hironaka, with his good friends and Ride Regional Riders, Seth Kitzke and John Shaw on their quest for global domination and/or pow turns. After this season opener, new episodes will launch the first Friday of the month starting in December. So follow the RWU crew on their search for an endless Winter! Shout out to SixEleven Productions for getting 'Ride With Us' off the ground and running strong last season. Mike Peterson, the main man and filmer behind SixEleven, went back to school and couldn't shoot season 2. Look for the SixEleven crew to make appearances in RWU episodes this season. The New DH2.7 Snowboard Revealed!1 November 2011, 2:00 am THE FINAL DH2 ARTIST SERIES BOARD – BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE MYTHICAL CREATURE COLLECTIVE Last in a line of 7 artist series snowboards over the last three seasons, Ride has unleashed the DH2.7 with graphics combining the mystical talents of three rare creatures making up the Mythical Creature Collective. Like nothing you’ve seen before, The Chizard, U. Nipeg, and Pan D. Puss, came together to concoct a one-of-a-kind ride. Hailing from the furthest reaches of the Himalayas, the three were banished to the Pacific Northwest by forces of evil, only to have one of their own turn upon them in a fit of madness. The Ride crew found them in their last hours and was able capture their fate, bringing their final masterpiece to light. This year we dropped some rules, dropped some ropelines, and the teams dropped some serious hammers. The 2011 Team Shoot Out videos are only days from rolling out—the September TSO issue is headed your way. This is your warning. It’s about to blow up. Heads up. Who’s in: Capita: Cale Zima, Dan Brisse, Scott Stevens, Laura Hadar, and Phil Jacques at Stevens Pass, Washington. A waxing good party24 November 2010, 11:20 am We’ve said it before – but it’s worth saying again, opening day is one of the best days of the year. Having been through quite a few opening days though, we know nothing spoils the fun like a sticky base and rusty edges. With that in mind, we had a little party the other day to get all our gear in order for season. With a DJ on hand, a keg on tap, and a mad scientist ( Doyle) in house – everyone dusted off their boards, scrapped off last seasons slush wax, and pretty much just sorted themselves out in preparation for Stowe’s opening on Wednesday (in case you didn't know, Stowe is our home mountain).
